Follow the Pied Piper

Jessica and Courtney run the bar in tandem at the Pied Piper Pub in Kent on Saturday nights. Courtney’s the newest hire at the bar, and together they keep everyone fat and happy. And that’s a tall order!

Miles has things under control in the bustling dart room out back, typically hosting 16+ teams for their Saturday night Parity Draw shoots. Right in the heart of Kent’s downtown shopping district, the Pied Piper draws players from up on the hill, down and across the valley, and even from Tacoma! It’s a good group of avid dart players that hang out here, and between Miles, Courtney, and Jessica, nobody wants for anything, except for maybe Tori.

Star Sprinkle (not Sprinkles) enjoys the company of Christa, Rommell, Melissa, and a bunch of interesting characters here. Each of them share the same goal, except for maybe Tori.

We even saw Tim Stemm running around with darts in his hand! I love this country! The Pied Piper is yet unspoiled by those “big-city dart bar blues”. Still lopsided in the ratio of fun and frivolity to cash money and payouts, the shooters at Pied Piper come home satisfied, even if they didn’t win the tournament that night. More important is the face-to-face social aspect that, despite the computer, still lives strong, thank God!

If you like Parity Draws, the Pied Piper is your HQ! Except for the fourth Saturday, it’s all Parity here. That means EQUALITY, for those of you that have mopped up the floor with me over the years. Except for maybe Tori.

Quit making transparent excuses now, come one, come all next Saturday night, to the heart of Kent’s shopping district. Grab your darts and join your friends, the defectors, at the Pied Piper - you know you want to!

The fun starts at 8pm, bring a friend, they’ll supply the beer and boards!
