Ringers defends the Mixed Memorial Cup

On Saturday, April 31 at 2pm, the Mixed Memorial Cup was off and shooting.
Once again our friends at Cloud 9 headed north to challenge Cup Holders, Ringers Pub, for the elusive cup. The Cloud 9 team of Peter Clark, Mary Todd, Vickie Bush, and Glen Celestial each shot very well. In fact, Mary’s incredible contributions in the last few games of the match really made a loud statement to the Ringers team. She shot exceptionally well for being a Medalist-rated 7.
Comprising an impressive Ringers team were none other than Mr. Mike Williams, Sandi Hinton, Carlos Tamayo, and Leticia Schmid. These guys also shot very well today. And Leticia, a Medalist-rated 5, absolutely tore it up!
When the match first started, Ringers came out strong, winning the majority of the games, making it 10-3 Ringers as they moved into the 13th game.
Cloud 9 mounted a comeback, but this tough Ringers team had already established a seemingly unsurmountable lead. They went on to win the match, 17-9, and maintain their Mixed Memorial Cup.
