Channel Marker Puts Out

Fridays are good at the Channel Marker, but the Cosmic Darts are even better! When Renee and the gang host Cosmic Darts on a Friday, it’s as good as it gets.

The Channel Marker is putting their money where their mouth is by actively promoting their weekly dart shoots. Whether it’s a Friday night or Saturday night, you’ll find a good group of people doing darts on the Edmonds waterfront at the Channel Marker. They’re attracting a bevy of lower-rated shooters here that are honing their game, getting better by the day. Some of these low-rated shooters can really bang too.

Renee, Channel Marker’s Dart Coordinator, says that the Burlap Shoots here are awesome! Growing and gathering steam. She says that she was surprised that her newbie shooters caught on so quickly, being able to hit their marks skillfully in spite of the large burlap sack covering the board.

Kevin is a real up-and-comer, and a Channel Marker regular. He’s actually a longtime dart player, getting his start in South Seattle, but has taken a long hiatus from darts and is now actively playing once again. You may have seen him and his posse at the EQC for State Finals.

Kevin’s Brother-In-Law, Lyle, has only been playing for 7 months now and has already boosted his rating from a Medalist 3 to a 5, and continues to better his game. He shoots out of the Channel Marker with his bros, including Rob and Teddy, Kevin’s neighbor.
