It was season two in the Bull Shooter’s Wednesday Night Madness Mixed Couples League. Rightly named, the league proved to be a great time for most everyone. A time to meet lots of great people and play with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Right!
It seemed like all the guys were tense and trying their best to win and the ladies were just having fun and drinking Patron. It is what it is.
This season, Brett Valentine and Priscilla Schutt took home the top prize and first place bragging rights.
Kenny Wright and Tracy Hines battled their way into second place. Way to go guys!
Everyone in the league got some cash back and the banquet capped it all off with tons of fun and frivolity. Great food, tasty spirits and amazing darts all marked the event.
For the banquet tournament, Mike Bates and Sarah Garcia took third place. Kix Alcala and Cathy Scott battled Tim and Claudine Price for the top spot. It was so close, I think they split the money and moved on to the Saturday night weekly tournament. The league enjoyed a 14 team field and was played through Troy Vending. It was so popular we had to bring in another board to accommodate all the teams.
Look for the Madness to continue as the league will start again at the end of next September. Great job to all who participated.
