Unlimited darts at Cloud 9
Unlimited darts at Cloud 9
By Ty Hughes
June 12th was not just another Saturday around the Kent neighborhood for darts. In spite of the fact that it was absolutely gorgeous and sunny warm outside, Cloud 9’s Rick Clark seemed legitimately happy to host an Unlimited Doubles Best-Of-The-Best, handicapped $300 Gtd. Added.
Only a handful of teams showed up that day and we remarked at how unlikely those teams were for such an event. Nonetheless, a great event with interesting characters as per usual at the house that Ike built.
Glen and Alvin were showing Brenda the wily ways of tournament play, while Terry made it look easy at the throw line. And then there’s our friend Larry Mead who made Cloud 9 his home for darts. He’s got this sport figured out – a Grand Master feared by anybody and everybody he meets on the line.
Check out Cloud 9 for everything darts. See their ad for the full spectrum of dart tournaments to come to the Cloud 9 in July. If you’re not careful, you may just end up with a few new friends and a deep appreciation for the game after spending a few hours among these diehard darters.
