The most important item on Chris Mackey’s to-do list Saturday, June 12 was to get to Sporty’s Beef n Brew for their monthly scheduled $500 Gtd. Added dart shoot. There would be a roomful of dart players showing up around 7pm to get on the sign up list, and it was Mackey’s job as Sporty’s Coordinator to make certain that everybody who wants to shoot and even some that don’t are on the charts.
Sporty’s will typically pull in between 16 and 22 teams for their monthly shoots, but there’s always room for more. So plan on coming out to Sporty’s on July 17 for your shot at some extra spending money and a night of quality socializing with good friends, all of whom love their darts!
Whether you’re a newbie to the game, or a seasoned pro, Sporty’s tournaments feature players of all skill levels, sure to test your mettle.
On July 24th, Sporty’s will celebrate a momentous occasion. This is the day they will celebrate their big 10-year anniversary. It was ten years ago that Joe and Jack took over at Sporty’s, and they’ve worked extra hard over the years to maintain the quality of entertainment that their patrons have come to expect. Sporty’s 10-year anniversary party will definitely be a blow out. There will be a pig roast to enjoy, plus live music, dancing, prizes, and a beer garden. Be sure to haul yourself and a carload of buddies out to Sporty’s for a rip-roarin’ night of fun and frivolity in celebration of Sporty’s big achievement, ten amazing years!
