Sumner’s Log Cabin Pub hosted another King Of The House last month. A slight six-team turnout managed to fill the “dart corner” at the Log Cabin.

Gracie, otherwise viewed as “Mom” around the bar, enjoyed a bunch of good friends out for some friendly competition on the dart boards.

This would be their signature King Of The House battle, and currently Rod was the last Champion, but didn’t show up to defend his title. The players voted on having no Bounty Team named, and set out to wipe each other up with their sharp-shootin’.

The bar puts out a spread of food for the dart players to enjoy by donation if they so choose. The Log Cabin has four boards, split, on opposite sides of the bar. The center of the action was near the exit to the rear, where Gracie had the players battling it out. Bruce was pretty much kickin’ butt on everybody. So, if you think you can come in here and beat these guys, then you just may be the next King Of The House.

The Log Cabin is known as a predominate pool bar and fancies five very busy tables. You can play in their weekly pool tourney every Monday, or how about a Beer Pong tourney with DJ music on Tuesday?

The Log Cabin boasts Happy Hour all day Wednesday and nightly from 4-6:30pm, plus Steak Nite Thursday, Happy Hour Tacos on Friday, and Live DJ dance music Friday, live music Saturday, and finally, karaoke/DJ on Sunday to wrap up your weekend.

Come out and see all your friends you haven’t seen in awhile. They will typically pull in 16 teams for these dart shoots, according to Gracie, you should be one of them.
