Jimmy Jacks pays out big

Saturday, November 15th was a slow night at Jimmy Jacks despite their advertised $1,000 Payout Veteran’s Day Trios tournament. Just a handful of players sat in waiting for a crowd to come bursting through the doors for the dart shoot, but the crowd never showed. So, as the live band kicked off their first set with some classic rock favorites, Tami decided to run a singles shoot for those that committed to an evening of darts at Jimmy Jacks.

Jack is back and it was good to see him rejoin the fray after almost a years hiatus from the game. Todd was in a solemn mood having spent the day at Mama’s poignant memorial service shortly after admitting his best friend and roommate, Corey Linville, into the hospital. Just the very next day, Corey was pronounced dead after a complete kidney failure nearly two years after being diagnosed with Cirrhosis of the liver. A tough week for the Jimmy Jacks crew to say the least. Both Mama and Corey will be terribly missed by those that knew and loved them.

Jesse, Jimmy Jack’s star bartender and friend to the players, was gearing up to celebrate his birthday at the bar just a few days later and was actively recruiting players to join the party and dart shoot to come. His wife, Kim, is pregnant again and didn’t join the group on this particular night.
