Cloud 9 Corner
Cloud 9 would like to say “Thank You” to all of our dart teams (extended family) and everyone else who has supported us both through league and tournaments. It is you who has made us the #1 dart house in the WORLD, as well as a warm and welcome place to compete and hang out with your friends.
We are extremely proud of our accomplishments in leagues with 53 teams for Fall, 40 teams for our In-House held during playoffs and State, and the 40+ teams we have for this upcoming Spring League. We are attempting to get back to where we used to be in tournaments as well. We are currently doing $500 added w/16 teams both Friday and Saturday nights guaranteeing no less than $200 added. This low team count for $500 added has increased our tourneys already. Also, the new Trip Shot Challenge has been a great addition. THANKS TO THE 8 AND UNDERS FOR THE 29-TEAM TOURNEY ON APRIL 10TH!
New Additions: Please feel free to welcome the new additions to the Cloud 9 staff when you get the opportunity to do so.
Charissa is a great addition to our bar staff – a cute, friendly face and a warm personality matched with her hard work ethics makes her a wonderful addition and we are proud to have Cloud 9 be her choice to play darts and work.
We would also like to welcome Major to the kitchen and now providing us with the best authentic home-style Indian food in the area. Whether you like it mild or spicy (dare to try it ‘Ike-style’), you will be amazed by his variety of chicken, rib-eye steak, pork and meatball dishes. His sizzling dishes turn heads and excite the noses. My personal favorite is the Butter Chicken ‘Ike-style’. Give it a try and be sure to compliment the chef, Major.
A special thanks to the 84 players that made our In-House League a great success with 100% league fees paid and 100% participation. This allowed us to have great payouts for the Finals weekend. The In-House Finals paid out $3,690 and an additional $1,380 paid out for our Friday and Saturday night tourneys. That weekend’s payout totaled $5,070. We ran four divisions; Super A Trios, A Doubles, B Doubles and C Doubles. Congratulations to our In-House winners listed below.
Super A Trios – (1st) Mark, John, and Lance; (2nd) Darren, Robert and Joe
A Doubles – (1st) Mike and Jay; (2nd) Rick and Robert
