Unlimited Cup heads north to Cactus Moon

All the big boys converged on Cloud 9 last month to play the Medallion’s Unlimited Cup after quite a hiatus. It was great to get that 7-foot trophy all dusted off and back into circulation.

A cup like this one doesn’t get played every month like the others. Although, back in the day, maybe ten years ago, it used to get played regularly. That was back when Home Plate held it for several years.

Even before that, it lived at Wah Long’s for the longest time of all. Those old-school players are still around, some of ‘em.

Even the players who competed last month are largely old-school players. Mead, Breese, Ashworth, Husman, Jordan, Clark, and Juan. Who am I leaving out? Well, nothing personal.

To sit back and just watch a match of this elevated enlightenment is truly mind blowing to the max. You truly learn to appreciate the dead on accuracy of these guys, every single time up to the boards.
Cactus Moon came in and pulled a fast one on a tough Cloud 9 team. They managed to wrangle the prestigious Unlimited Cup away from Husman and company and abscond with it back to Everett. I don’t think the Cup has ever been in the Northend… Hmm, interesting.
