Mixed Limited Cup

The Mixed Limited Cup was finally replayed on Sunday, September 26th at Jimmy Jacks in Everett. Hoping to make up for the mistake of bringing an illegal player the last time (not enough rounds to be eligible), Jimmy Jacks brought back the cup and the fees to have the Mixed Limited Cup replayed.

The challenging team had gone through a lot to get back to play this cup. The last scheduled match was postponed after the Home Plate team endured a terrible car accident on the way to the challenge.

Randy, Linda, Ray and Janis were shooting for the Home Plate Tacoma, while Danielle, Robert, Tami and Mike Markezinis (owner of Jimmy Jacks) were shooting for Jimmy Jacks. Like most matches, the games started off going back and forth, but Jimmy Jacks battled valiantly to finally retain the Mixed Limited Cup, beating Home Plate 17-10.

Great job by both teams, and thanks to everyone for your patience with this one. Stay tuned for a new challenge date to be announced. You’re invited to come watch one of the great cups being played today.
