Player Profile: Lenna Shiley
Renton, WA
Lenna Shiley is one of darts’ true VIP’s. Rising through the ranks years ago to rest high atop the female shooters in the Medalist program, Lenna became one of the most feared shooters throughout the U.S.A. Her reputation precedes her in veteran dart circles. We are fortunate to have Lenna Shiley residing close to home here in Renton, WA. Recently, she’s found a new outlet to busy herself, and still managed to find a way to incorporate darts into her latest venture.

Doug, how and when did you get started playing darts? I got started playing darts back in July 2008 at the Pickled Onion. Eddie Catalon encouraged me to play after work one day. He paired me up with some guy and we won the tournament that first night!

Sandy, how and when did you ever get into darts? I started last year in January when my husband and his brother drug me down to Ringers in Mountlake Terrace for a tournament going on there. I was not going to play, just watch, and they convinced me to just have fun and play. So I played with my husband’s brother and we won the tournament – I WAS HOOKED!
