New coordinators hold sign-up party

Saturday, September 9, Waldo's North held their fall sign-up party.

The new dart coordinators, Paul Age and his wife Augie, are now running the show. After year of dedication from Jen, the job was passed on to the Age's. With 10 teams showing up for the dart shoot, Waldo's North made it a $200 added night.

There were over 150 people in the bar, and all were having a great time. With the pool tables full and the dance floor packed, the place was hopping. The service was outstanding, and Todd, Alissa, Holly, and Marissa were working feverishly and running all night long to make sure everyone was happy.

Third place in the shoot went to the team of Ed Jackson and Jackie, second went to the team of Karen and Lyle, and taking first place and $150 was the team of Scott and Ed.

Waldo's also had two of the biggest human beings that have ever walked this side of the Mississippi working the front door and security within the building—the bar was a safe place Saturday night.

Shawn Magee came down to help out Paul and Augie on their opening night. “It was great to see everyone being helpful,” said Paul. With teams' ratings ranging from 3 to 16, there was a lot of handicap given out. Waldo's signed up 13 team for the fall league, and Paul and Agie said there will be a lot more to come.
