Holiday Madness 2007 brings the Final Four

Saturday, December 15, 2007, the bi-annual Holiday Madness, formerly known as Turkey Madness, wrapped up at Cactus Moon in Everett, WA.
The Final Four teams were invited to battle it out in this popular single elimination event presented by your local operators. They were:

Just Left Pub’s Red Raiders
Melvin Cherry, Larry Green, Tyler Hill and Natasha Olanday

Flights Pub’s Buckeyes
Chad Brown, Rick Lingle, Ty Franzer and Jackie McWain

Goldies Shoreline Casino’s Razorbacks
Juan Ramos, Justin Knapp, David Gaither and Cindy Harris

Goldies Airport Way’s Gamecocks
Robert McLendon, Robert Brown, Ryan Heino and Lindsey Jolley

After a brutal first round, which got started early in the afternoon, Flights Buckeyes and Goldies Shoreline Razorbacks were eliminated. Each of these quality teams were awarded $400 and congratulated.

Then it came down to the championship match featuring Just Left’s Red Raiders vs. Goldies Airport Gamecocks. In a wild match, Goldies stole the glory from Just Left to take the title of Holiday Madness 2007 Champions! Way to go, guys!

Just Left was handed $1,000 in cash and aptly noted as runners up to the champions, Goldies Airport Way, who gladly accepted the trophy and $1,600 in cold, hard cash.

Sean McGee, of Harvest Darts, and Gary Rouse, of RJB Amusements, were both on hand to cheer on and congratulate their teams. They would like to officially thank each and every player for their involvement in this year’s event. Sixty four teams originally set out to take the honors, but in the end, there was but just one team left standing; Goldies Airport Way.
