Forty-seven teams compete to enjoy the $1,440 payout

Who would have thought that a Saturday night dart tournament could turn out to be such a happenin’ event?
Well, as it turns out, 94 local dart players sure knew well enough where the action was. That’s right, 47 teams showed up for the monthly $1000 payout at Bowlero’s on the April 30th. All these teams playing for a chance at the $1440 total payout for the Doubles Bring dart tournament. The competition was stiff and stubborn, but for those few who persevered until the end, it was well worth it.
First place went to Rob Fossett and Pat Farrel; second was Willis Bell and Tony Randon. In third place, it was Titus Hinga and Masey Bentz, while fourth went to Phylis Bowman and Tommy Armstrong.
With all those teams, the tournament finished up a little past closing – 3am… ouch! But, when you are having fun and good competition, who cares? Tacoma’s biggest dart house, Bowlero Lanes, offered another $1,000 Payout on May 28th and hold yet one more on the Saturday, June 25th. Be there!
