Twenty Years and Going Strong

Saturday, April 15, marked the 20th anniversary for Big Daddy’s South. I didn’t know what I was in for when I stepped into Big Daddy’s at about 10pm.

In the short time that I was there, I was amazed at how much love there was for Dave and Toby from all the loyal customers and employees. I met three guys who have been going there since the very beginning; Robin, who was one of the first employees hired; Mike, who has been a cook there for 14 years; and Sherry, who came up all the way from Hawaii just for the celebration.

Dave and Toby had a great Island theme with a live DJ, dart tourney, plenty of beer and tropical shots to last for another 20 years. It was truly a great time had by all, and I know everyone will be on hand when they celebrate another 20 years.
