Greenway Village; Cure for the Hump Day Blues

Wednesdays are usually the days when I am sitting at work, exhausted, wishing for the day to be over so I can be one day closer to the weekend. As soon as I leave work, I start to get a little more energy and want to go out and have a couple of drinks.

The last Wednesday of 2005, I stopped by Greenway Village and we closed the bar down. After several shots, I determined that it was time that I share this little hidden gem with the rest of the world.

Although they only have four boards, the tournaments are always fast-paced with little wait between rounds. Teresa is always there, ready to keep your glass filled. As soon as she learns your drink favorite, you only need to get her attention and she will have a new drink for you by the time you return from the line.

So, if you are ever in the neighborhood or just looking for a good tourney on Wednesday nights, stop by Greenway. I am sure you will have a good time.
