The awards banquet for the Wednesday Cricket League was held November 10th at Champions Saloon on Gilbert Road, just north of Elliot Road. This was the first time for the event at the Saloon and it turned out great.

The night started out with food from Buffalo Wild Wing�s and Mozzarella�s, both restaurants also out of Gilbert.

Congratulations to Champions Mesa for taking back first place and the Saloon I for coming just two games short, while locking second place. The league �Top Gun� this season was Mike Westling from Champions Mesa with a 3.46 MPR.

Later in the night, the draw partner tournament had 26 players. Kevin Rowe and Dave Kec seemed to be the team to beat early on, but then the team of Ballbuster and Kim Trowbridge got hot and battled through the losers bracket to take down Kevin and Dave in the second set in two games straight for the money.

Don�t forget, the next Wednesday league begins the week of December 6th along with the Monday and Tuesday leagues. Thanks again, and see you in December.
