New Year Brings New Changes

It's officially 2005, unless this paper comes out early; then it is almost 2005 - you get the idea. With the new year, big changes seem to be happening in darts.

The Udder Ox has changed owners and its name, but not their attitude. Rina has moved on and the new owner, Rick Morris, is taking over.

Word on the street is that Rick is a pretty good guy and wants to keep up the great events and customer service that has made The Udder Ox famous. Drop in to The Ox Sportsbar and say hi to Rick while you're there.

And, at Cheers Again, or is it Cheers Again, Again, we also have a change. Stephan has relinquished ownership and they too, or again, have a new owner. No word yet on name changes or what will be going on, but we dart players need to help these guys out.

Sixshooters has made some changes of their own as well, but not a change in owners. They will now be hosting the Friday tournament on Saturday. With everyone else fading away for the Saturday tourneys, Sixshooters is ready for the players to head in.

New items include the much requested small pitchers of beer and soda, and at reasonable prices.

On Saturdays, you can now enjoy your favorite domestic bottle of beer for only $2 during the tournament. They will run a guaranteed added out shot and offer shot specials all night. The tournament will start promptly at 8:30.

Sixshooters obviously wants the dart players in their bar.

With one of the best dart rooms around plus these great changes, it promises to be the place to go on Saturday nights. Be seeing you there!

Happy New Year Too All!
