From the Editor Greetings fellow dart enthusiasts! The Medallion is undergoing a few changes and we invite you to ride shotgun with us. First, I’d like to thank each and every one of you for your faithful readership over the past six years of our publishing the greatest, local dart newspaper known to mankind. The Medallion has been publishing localized darting news since 1984. We know the sport, we know the players and we know our place in the market. Beginning with the June 2008 issue, we will be printing on the 15th of each month. The Medallion will continue to run on a monthly schedule and you will find a fresh copy waiting for you at your favorite pub mid-month, starting with the June/July issue. We will be referring to future issues as the June/July, July/August editions, etc. A note to our advertisers: We will be contacting you within the second week of each month to gather your ad info for each subsequent issue. Please be sure to include your pertinent event and tournament dates spanning mid-month to mid-month. We appreciate your business and thank you for your confidence in our ability to disseminate the word to our faithful and growing readership. The Medallion would like to enlist the help of our readers to submit regular articles and photos for publishing on a regular basis. We are dependent upon your input each month. Weddings, births, deaths, poems, inspirational stories, darts, pool, karaoke, updates, changes, personal or professional – all are welcome and encouraged.
