Nancy Fox Memorial

You were so kind to put an article about our tournament in the Medallion. I though you might like an update on the results of the event that was held on July 23rd at the American Legion in Yuma.
One hundred eighteen players came to play, including people from Phoenix, Yuma and Brawley, CA.
We raised over $9200 for Hospice of Yuma in Nancy’s memory in a real tribute to her. Everyone enjoyed themselves as we danced, sang, ate lots of good food and played some darts, but mainly celebrated Nancy’s life – a life well lived. She touched so many people and now, thanks to all these loyal dart players, her spirit lives on.

2nd place; Tom McCartney and Tino Flores
3rd place; Bill Beard and John Maze
4th place; Randy Allen and Frank Ohme
5th place; Michael Scarborough and Gene Diaz (Michael also took first place in the ADO Youth Tournament)
6th Place; Richard McIntire and
Nicolas Bywater
